After breaking the news earlier about Big Bang’s Daesung being injured in a car accident, it appears although his condition isn’t that good right now, he’s not in any serious danger at the moment. But definitely not fit for work.

According to YG Entertainment, “Big Bang’s Daesung has suffered a nose fracture and this was the same part that he had injured when he was little. There’s also some alignment problem with Daesung’s spinal cord although that will clear up by itself in about 4 weeks time. Other that that, Daesung also suffered superficial injuries on his face and arms. His arm which was reported to be injured earlier on, was a non-issue after check-up.”

Jang Dong Gun is not a Laundry Warrior anymore

After Jeon Ji Hyun’s Blood: The Last Last Vampire and Lee Byung Hun’s G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra, we have another big-name Korean actor trying to make a name for himself in Hollywood. Jang Dong Gun has been away from Korea since 2007 for the filming of his Hollywood movie, The Warror’s Way (formerly known as Laundry Warrior) in New Zealand, co-starring Kate Bosworth. The movie itself has been shrouded in secrecy although it’s set for release sometime this year.

Film actor Jang Dong-gun (Typhoon, Friend) and much-loved and ubiquitous television MC Yoo Jae-seok (Infinity Challenge, Good Sunday, Happy Together 3, X Man) — who, by the way, are the same age — recently teamed up to shoot the “Cheer You Up” Campaign [???? ???] for fashion brand Giordano.

The Cheer You Up campaign will be featured this spring throughout Asia (including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Dubai). The Korean ads featuring Jang and Yoo will begin appearing throughout the country on May 6.

A video of Dong Bang Shin Ki at the Gimpo airport was uploaded on various community site which fueled a series of debate of member Micky YooChun’s conduct.

In the video, Micky snatched the camera away from a lady for taking photos of him upclose and also refused to return it. While some netizens thought that Micky should have practised some self-control as his actions were too extreme, while others thought that it is rude to be taking pictures of stars right in front of their faces.

Some said, “As much as you are angry, this is too extreme a move. If you are a top star, you should have the capacity to handle this kind of situation in a better way”, “Such a move is too rash, Dong Bang Shin Ki exists because of their fans” while others said, “Image is the life of stars.
